This course will provide you with an efficient introduction as well as encourage you to continue your learning process. After completing the A1 level you will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and basic phrases. You will be able to introduce yourself and others, ask and answer questions about personal details, where you live and work, the weather, time and various other topics.
On completion of level A2 you will be able to understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of daily relevance (basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment etc.) You will be able to communicate about simple and routine tasks and exchange of information about your family and other daily life situations. You will also be able to describe, in simple terms, various aspects of your background and immediate environment.
Level B1 & B2
This course will improve your linguistic confidence both written and oral.
On completion of this level, you will be able to understand the main points of clear standard conversation about matters that you regularly encounter at work, school, and leisure etc. You will be able to deal with most situations that arise while you are traveling in an area where English is spoken. You will be able to produce simple connected texts on topics that are familiar or are of personal interest. You will be able to describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes, and ambitions and briefly give reasons for and explanations of your opinions and plans.
On completion of this level you will be able to understand the main ideas contained in complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, as well as technical discussions in your field of specialization. You will be able to interact with native speakers with fluency and spontaneity. You will be able to produce clear, detailed texts on a wide range of subjects and explain your viewpoint on topical issues as well as expressing the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has. Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

Upon course completion you will receive a course certificate which states the number of teaching hours completed and the level attained. This certificate can be used to document your English skills for applications to schools and universities abroad.
