The Norwegian Course B1 is suitable for those who know the basics of Norwegian and who want to become more independent in their communication.
We’ve spent over 40+ years improving our methods and helping people learn the Norwegian language. We’ll help you avoid using ineffective learning strategies that might lead to wasted time and effort without substantial language improvement.

The course materials are not included in the course fee but can be purchased at our school. We use the textbook and workbook "Stein på Stein (B1)" by Elisabeth Ellingsen og Kirsti Mac Donald.

Language Power International is a certified provider of Norwegian language training by the Norwegian Directorate of Higher Education and Skills (HKDIR).
Our recognized course certificate can be valuable for career advancement, and the number of hours completed at our school will be taken into consideration when applying for a permanent residence permit. You will need to attend at least 80% of the classes to be granted a certificate.
