This B2 English course is suitable for students who already have good knowledge of English, equivalent to B1 level, and who want to use English more fluently, accurately and independently.
The course is ideal for adults who want to feel more confident in English-speaking work situations, meetings, presentations, discussions, written communication or more demanding everyday situations.
At B2 level, you work with more advanced language, clearer argumentation, better fluency and more nuanced communication.
-
At B2 level, you will learn to express yourself more accurately, naturally and independently in English. You will build on B1 with more advanced vocabulary, better grammatical control, greater fluency and more confidence in both spoken and written communication.
By the end of the course, you will work towards being able to:
- understand the main points of more complex texts and conversations
- participate more spontaneously and fluently in conversations and discussions
- explain and justify opinions clearly
- argue for different points of view
- write clear, detailed and coherent texts
- use a more varied and precise vocabulary
- communicate more confidently in work-related situations
- handle many common and more demanding situations in English
The goal is to help you use English more effectively in professional, social and practical situations.
-
The course combines speaking practice, discussions, listening exercises, reading, writing, pronunciation, grammar and practical language use.
You will work with varied tasks designed to help you use English in more advanced situations, such as working life, meetings, presentations, travel, social topics and written communication.
The course is taught in small groups, usually with 3–6 students. This gives you more speaking time, closer follow-up and better opportunities to receive specific feedback from your teacher.
-
No. Our English courses at this level are offered as classroom courses only.
The course is therefore ideal if you prefer in-person teaching, direct contact with the teacher, active speaking practice in the classroom and a social learning environment with other students.
-
At B2 level, it is important to have enough time to speak, discuss, argue and receive specific feedback on your language use.
In a small class, you get:
- more speaking practice in every lesson
- more individual attention from the teacher
- more opportunities to discuss and express your own opinions
- better practice with fluency, pronunciation and accuracy
- more support with written development
- a safe environment for working with advanced language
- better progression towards a more independent English level
This is especially useful if you already communicate in English but want to express yourself more naturally, correctly and with greater nuance.
-
